BLOODY MARY

Ingredients: 
¼ oz Lemon Juice 
Worcestershire sauce to taste 
Celery salt 
Tapatio Hot Sauce to taste
1½ oz Vodka 
Celery stalk 
4 oz tomato juice

Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a cup except for celery stalk. Stir well and pour over ice cubes, garnish with celery stalk.

MICHELADA

Ingredients: 
1 teaspoon kosher salt 
1/2 teaspoon pure chile powder
1 lime, halved
Dash of Tapatio Hot Sauce
1 (12-ounce) chilled beer (preferably Mexican and dark) 

Directions:
Stir together kosher salt and chile powder on a plate. Run a lime half around edge of a pint glass, then turn glass over onto plate and rotate to attach salt mixture.

Add lime juice and Tapatio Hot Sauce to glass, then top with beer. 

Servings: Makes 1 drink.

TAPATIO DIRTY MARTINI

Ingredients: 
1 1/2 ounces Vodka (one shot) 
Splash of vermouth 
Splash of olive juice (hence the name dirty) 
2 Olives 
2 to 10 shots (drops) of Tapatio Hot Sauce 

Directions:
Combine vodka, vermouth, olive juice and Tapatio Hot Sauce in a shaker with ice. Shake well and serve in a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with olives.

Hint: To serve "up", strain out ice and pour into martini glass. To serve "on the rocks", pour content of shaker into highball glass, ice and all.
